Every property has an electronic key box for easy access to the home. The code will be sent with your check in instructions prior to your stay

Adding nights to your stay is a simple request and if we have availability, we would love for you to stay longer with us. Just message us a few days before your request so we can check the calendar and make the changes.
Once you’ve checked in the reservation is non refundable, but we have a pretty flexible cancellation policy.
Our check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. This ensures our cleaning team has enough time to carry out our detailed cleaning protocol and to ensure our guests are arriving at a clean and disinfected property. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please get in touch with us and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

We’re excited to dive into the nitty-gritty of vacation rental fees! Let’s say you spot a tempting $200 per night rate on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. Before you hit that “book now” button, it’s crucial to factor in the additional fees that often accompany these bookings. With Airbnb, hosts typically pay a flat 3% service fee of the booking subtotal, while guests can expect to shell out around 14% of the booking subtotal as a service fee. Meanwhile, Vrbo charges owners a 5% commission on the rental amount, along with a 3% payment processing fee on the total payment received from guests. Plus, if you’re using property management software, tack on an additional 5% booking fee for reservations made through Vrbo’s platform. On the other hand, if you opt to book directly with the property owner or manager, you may still encounter transaction fees, but with lower rates. Stripe, for instance, charges 2.9% + 30 cents per online transaction, or 0.8% per ACH debit or credit transaction, capped at $5. While these fees might seem minor at first glance, they can significantly impact your overall cost per night. So, whether you’re crunching the numbers for your next getaway or managing your rental property, it pays to be aware of the fees involved to ensure you’re getting the best bang for your buck!
